Coming into high school, I knew I had big dreams that I wanted to accomplish by the end of my senior year, but I knew it was going to be hard to accomplish them all. However, I listed to the Class of 2017 and tried to be really embedded in Cupertino. And it worked! I found my place in ‘Tino and pursued the activities that I really enjoyed. If I were to give any advice to the incoming freshmen class, I would say to be involved in your high school and try to find the things that really complete you. Once you find them, high school will be an experience you can cherish forever." Sahana Krishnamurthy, Class of 2019 Sahana will be attending the University of Chicago, majoring in Applied Math/Economics and minoring in Spanish. Having such friendly and motivated teachers who I really connected with made my time at CHS so incredibly special. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and ask questions. There may be times when the entire class is silent and you think you’re the only one who doesn’t understand what’s going on, but trust me, you aren’t alone. Playing Varsity Basketball was by far the most memorable part of my high school years. No matter how my day at school went, I’d always look forward to the time we’d spend together.
